| Click Tools |
| Click Accounts |
| Click Add |
| Select Email Account |
| Click Next |
| Enter Display Name |
| Click Next |
| Enter Email Address |
| Click Next |
| Select POP3 from the drop down menu |
| Under Incoming and Outgoing Mail Servers, Incoming Mail Server: pop3.alaweb.com Outgoing Mail Server: smtp.alaweb.com |
| Click Next |
| Under Username and Password, enter your Username and Password |
| Click Next |
| Click Do not download my email at this time |
| Click Finish |
| Click on Properties to the right |
| Click the Servers tab at the top |
| Check 'My server requires authentication' at the bottom |
| Click Apply |
| Click the Advance tab at the top |
| Change Outgoing port to 26 |
| Click Apply |
| Click OK |
| Click Close |
