| If you are unable to open attachments or you receive a message that says "Outlook Express has removed the following unsafe attachments", you can fix it with the following steps: |
| Open Outlook Express |
| Click on Tools at the top |
| Click on Options |
| Click on the Security tab at the top |
| Uncheck the box that says "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus" |
| Click Apply at the bottom |
| Click OK |
