| Click Tools |
| Click Accounts |
| Click Add |
| Click Next |
| Under Your Name and Your Email Address, type your Name and Email Address |
| Click Next |
| Under Incoming and Outgoing Mail Servers, Incoming Mail Server: pop3.alaweb.com Outgoing Mail Server: smtp.alaweb.com |
| Click Next |
| Under Username and Password, enter your Username and Password |
| Click Finish |
| Click OK |
| Click Close |
