COMPLETION

Since each basket is made entirely by hand, upon receipt of your order, I will send an order confirmation with an approximate shipping date.


SHIPPING/HANDLING

All baskets will be shipped UPS unless otherwise requested. Please be certain that your address is accurate.


PAYMENT TERMS

Please make check or money order payable to: Robert Haygens. Alabama Sales Tax must be added to Alabama deliveries.


GUARANTEE

White Oak Baskets are hand made using natural materials, so slight variations in color and size are to be expected. Your satisfaction means everything to me. If one of my baskets does not meet your specifications, please return it and I will exchange or give a full refund, whichever you prefer.
