We are the Elba Elementary Tigers, with an enrollment of 600 students, grades K-6, in self-contained as well as departmentalized classrooms.  We are located in the city of Elba in southeastern Alabama.  With a growing population of about 4,000, our town is ideally suited to an environment of small town life, but supplies the accessibility to nearby larger and more populated areas such as Fort Rucker, Enterprise, Dothan, and Troy.  The staff at Elba Elementary enjoys the talent and enthusiasm of the students.  Concerted efforts and high expectations have resulted in dramatic increases in our SAT test scores.  Support programs lend additional help to students with special needs.  Parents contribute to the success of our school through the Parent Teacher Organization, volunteer services and fund raising.
