      This hand made prize was chosen by Hatchet Jack, the first place and overall winner of the shoot.  It is made of number one, long leaf yellow pine, with dove tail joints at the edges, and the dome is covered with a bull hide that is a quarter of an inch thick.  It is fitted with brass tacks, and the closure is a deer antler.
