Bulldogs plaster Pleasant Home, 42-13
Bulldogs get their 36th consecutive region win (Photos courtsey of www.program23.com) 9/7/07 Pleasant Home- The Brantley Bulldogs picked up their 2nd win of the young 2007 season with an impressive 42-13 win over the Pleasant Home Eagles Friday night. The Bulldogs gained their 36th consecutive region win with their last region game lost in 2001. Anthony Gulley led the Bulldogs with 130 yards rushing, and he scored three touchdowns in the win. Terrell Burnett had 41 yards and 2 touchdowns while quarterback Chase Hall completed 7 out of 10 passes for 118 yards and 2 touchdowns. Brantley, 2-0 and currently ranked No. 2 in 1A, has moved next weeks game to Thursday night against the Zion Chapel Rebels. This will be Brantley's first home game of the season. Kickoff is set for 7:00 pm.
