Class of '84 to have Reunion
The Brantley High School
class of 1984 will meet prior to the October 24th homecoming game at
the home of Coach Paul and Judy Woolley, 89 Shawnee Drive, at 5:00
pm. After a time of fellowship, the class will go to the ball game
which is set for a 7:00 pm kickoff against the Kinston Bulldogs. If

Bulldogs pluck Eagles, 56-7
The Brantley Bulldogs won
their 6th game of the 2008 season without a lost by plucking the
Eagles from Pleasant Home, 56-7 Friday night at Bulldog Stadium. The
win was Brantley's 46th Region 2 win in a row without a lost. The
last time the Bulldogs lost a regional game was 10/26/2001 against
these same Pleasant Home Eagles by a 22-13 score.
The Bulldogs wasted no
time in scoring as Anthony Gulley took the opening kickoff and raced
68 yards for the score. He added three more touchdowns for the night
on runs of 54 and 27 yards while catching a scoring pass from 11
yards out from quarterback Chase Hall. Hall also threw a touchdown
pass to Tory Upshaw for 52 yards. Stephen Walker and Devontae Porter
each had touchdowns for the Bulldogs.
Brantley, ranked number 2
in class 1A, will face their strongest oppenent of the year as they
travel to McKenzie Friday night to take on an undefeated bunch of
Tigers. McKenzie' s record is 6-0.

Brantley High
School is located in
southern Alabama and is a part of the Crenshaw County School System.
A small rural school, grades K-12, BHS has an enrollment of
approximately 600 students. The school is big in achievements and
rich in tradition. BHS expresses appreciation to Covington
